Our handmade Meringue Mushrooms combine crisp, delicate meringue with chocolate to create a whimsical finishing touch for cakes, pavlovas, festive desserts and beautiful table settings.

With approximately 8–11 mushrooms in each pack, this larger size is perfect for entertaining, decorating a special dessert or sharing with family and friends.

Of course, they're just as delicious eaten exactly as they are.

Each pack contains approximately 8–11 handmade Meringue Mushrooms (80g).

Handmade means beautifully individual

Every Meringue Mushroom is handmade so slight variations in shape and appearance are part of their charm.

Meringue Mushrooms are delicate by nature and occasionally a mushroom cap may separate during handling or transit. This doesn't affect the taste or quality of the product.

Ingredients: Australian sugar, organic Australian egg whites, organic 55% cocoa dark chocolate (organic cane sugar, organic cocoa mass (cocoa liquor) & organic cocoa butter), organic cocoa, Australian white vinegar, organic cornflour

PLEASE NOTE: Whilst we will do out best to pack them carefully, breakages can occur. If a stalk breaks off, not to worry! Just melt a little chocolate, dip the stalk in and ‘glue’ it back to the cap. Then it’s back to being a mushroom.

SHIPPING IN SUMMER: Although our chocolate is tempered, we can't guarantee that the chocolate won't melt during transport. 

SERVING HINT: Try grinding up Oreo biscuits and sprinkle over cakes as 'soil'!
