These adorable little meringues look realistically like mushrooms (but taste nothing like them)! They are a deliciously sweet snack by themselves but are also perfect decoration for cakes and desserts, use them to finish a Yule log at Christmas, create a stylish Eton mess with berries & cream, or give them as a gift to someone special.

Handmade using premium organic dark chocolate, organic eggs and Australian sugar.

The wooden punnets are handmade from re-purposed timber off-cuts in Victoria, Australia.

Approx. 30 grams per punnet (4-5 mushrooms)

Ingredients: Australian sugar, organic Australian egg whites, organic 55% cocoa dark chocolate (organic cane sugar, organic cocoa mass (cocoa liquor) & organic cocoa butter), organic cocoa, Australian white vinegar, organic cornflour

PLEASE NOTE: Whilst we will do out best to pack them carefully, breakages can occur. If a stalk breaks off, not to worry! Just melt a little chocolate, dip the stalk in and ‘glue’ it back to the cap. Then it’s back to being a mushroom!

SHIPPING IN SUMMER: Although our chocolate is tempered, we can't guarantee that the chocolate won't melt during transport.

SERVING HINT: Try grinding up Oreo biscuits and sprinkle over cakes as 'soil'!
