Our award-winning range of Lavosh Shards is made using organic Australian olive oil from the Grampians region, organic roller-milled flour from New South Wales, and filtered water.
Then we flavour our lavosh with carefully sourced organic herbs and spices.
We craft them only in small batches. We hand-roll, bake and then partially snap them into large and small uniquely-shaped shards, allowing you to crack your own crackers into your desired size.
Whether that means big shards as a decorative (and delicious!) touch for an opulent grazing table or a small piece that's the perfect size to slather just the right amount of relish and cheese.
