Our award-winning range of Lavosh Shards is made using organic Australian olive oil from the Grampians region, organic roller-milled flour from New South Wales, filtered water and Murray River salt flakes.
Then we flavour our lavosh with carefully sourced organic herbs and spices.
We craft them only in small batches. We hand-roll, bake and then partially snap them into large and small uniquely-shaped shards, allowing you to crack your own crackers into your desired size.
Whether that means big shards as a decorative (and delicious!) touch for an opulent grazing table or a small piece that's the perfect size to slather just the right amount of relish and cheese.
